They started 42 cars that year - interesting field. From Matt Kenseth to Jack Cook - worth watching just to see the lineup.

Two of the interesting names I caught on there, were Tim Bryant & Ricky Brooks.

Bryant now owns the track, and Brooks has made a name for himself as a Tech Inspector.


And whatever happened to Tammy Jo Kirk since she was in a Craftsman Truck series ride?

I wondered if that was indeed the same Brooks and Bryant.

I wish that Hooters series was still afloat, they had the whole ball of wax - TV, sponsorship...I had forgotten about those open wheeled cars they had.
