In Need of Some Prayers

I am in need of some prayers right now. Today they will decide if dad's COPD is good enough for him to have surgery on his torn knee. Dad fell the day before Thanksgiving and has been in the hospital ever since. He has a broken right arm, right below the shoulder, and torn knee. The knee really needs surgery but dad has COPD and that is really tricky when it comes to putting someone to sleep. He is in severe pain still and it will be awhile before his arm will heal. He will have to go to rehab for awhile once the hospital releases him but he definitely could use some prayers his way right now.

Also Jack could use some. Jack has a very bad back and nothing is helping so he may also have to face surgery soon. Back surgery is always tricky but nothing has helped and he is also in pain most of the time. So please include Jack in your prayers also.

These are two men that mean alot to me and I would do anything to help them right now with their pain. But I am not a miracle worker and prayers do help so please add them to your's.

Ken Smith too.....

Please also keep Ken Smith in your prayers. Ken was involved in a tragic accident at DSS...
Ken is in ICU at Lakewood Ranch Hospital. They are concerned about the lung and giving him lots of oxygen. Also concerned about the other organs but the Dr. is optimistic that everything will heal ok.
I guess Ken was leading the race and only had 2 laps to go. got in contact with a lapped car and turned sideways in the line of traffic going full speed to the checkered flag. He was hit hard in his door.... an unfortunate racing accident.

To all three of these men ... I will keep you in my prayers and hope all of you are dancing the Irish jig SOOOOON. I am seriously concerned as all are friends... Janes father is a very special man. He is aging and surgery is always a risk for us oldies but goodies.... The power of prayer works. we have seen it many times!
Jack has really been suffering for quite some time and lately it has really knocked him down. Hopefully he will find a good surgeon and his pain will be gone.
Ken...well he is too ornery to be down for long... he will be back growling soon. ;-)
