Who All Will be at the Governor's Cup Tomorrow

Jerry, Bob (Old Sunshine Fan), Roger - do you know where you will be sitting yet. I hope to make it towards the end since my first banquet is tomorrow night for Volusia at the Daytona 500 Club but would love to see you guys. Will you be in the parking lot after the races and staying the night?? Let me know if you can where to find you guys.

The only person who will be missed is Carol and her husband. Since he passed, I have not seen Carol or heard from her. Have any of you?? Remember the year she brought Alex the remote control truck for his birthday to the Governor's Cup?? We had a blast and she was always fun to be with. If any of you have heard from her, please let me know. I truly miss her alot.

Let me know guys how to find you and I will do my best after my banquet.

I'll be in the parking lot watchin all those peps eating Jerry's cooking and Ocala Jims "Main Squeeze's" Potatoe Salad during the afternoon.. then I report to Section A, Row 21, Seat 11 for a great Gov. Cup... I can't wait until until they come out of turn four for the start of the race.... I just about .....never mind...(I just hope it never happens).

Also have to stop by and say hi to Travis Cope et family....before the race and then again in the winners circle....(HOPE HOPE HOPE).

Sorry to say Jimmy, we all know too well the $$$ thing. It has hit hard this year for sure. I thought about going tonight and watching some racing since I am usually writing instead but just couldn't find the gas money for two days of driving up there. My banquet is tomorrow night at Daytona International so I would be up there already and NSS is on the way home. But I do understand and know what you mean but one of these days, I am going to see you and your pretty finance.

I know tomorrow night alot of the people around me are going to "Night of Fire" at Orlando Dragway. $25.00 a pop to get in but they said they have saved money the last few months to go but anymore, you have to do that to go somewhere. Sucks doesn't it but bills must come first, then play. I know I want to go see a movie that came out today but I think movies now are around $10 a person to get in. And popcorn is the price of gold - sucks big time.

Anyway sweetie, hope to see you and your finance one of these days. Give her my best and tell her she hooked a really good guy for sure.

Cindy and I had planned to go, but some unexpected stuff came up....Namely my rather nasty case of shingles. It hurts, and its contagous, so I'll spare all of you a bout with chickenpox on steroids (although some of you might be highly amused to watch me suffer). Maybe next year?

Sorry I missed all of you. I got there just as the strictly stocks were racing and was in the upper pits. Maybe next time or if you come to Volusia next month for the Holiday Classic. Understand I missed a pretty good race also. I tried but the banquet was very nice and pretty cool having Victory Lane right outside the door. Now that was cool.
