There are alot of things going on this weekend but tomorrow night at the Daytona 500 Club, Volusia Speedway Park will crown their 2009 Champions - Lawton Minchew, Rob Underwood, Shaun Daugharty, Scott Mooers, Grady Christian, and Danny Lunn. These guys raced their hearts out this year and I would like to congratulate them on their championships. It was a great year and a learning year for me since I switched from asphalt to dirt but with my new website www.floridadirttracknews.com, I hope you all get to know these guys and the rest of the dirt racers just like you do the asphalt racers.
My goal next year is to showcase these drivers and many more and the people behind the scenes at each dirt track. I hope you get to know them as well as you do any asphalt driver or manager.
