This will be my first ever Governor's Cup and I'm really looking forward to not only seeing such a great field of cars, but also getting to meet as many of you as possible. Please feel free to come up and say hello if you see me wandering around. I'll certainly be looking out for that BBQ on Saturday!

What's the "pre-race party" plan for all the Karnacians? Y'all meetin' out in the parkin' lot in the early afternoon for a cookout? Do we need to bring anything?

Entry list looks good, i am hoping to be there both nights. I can t imagine Rogers/Russell/Anderson, etc putting in too many practice laps on Friday though.

Just a reminder for anyone driving through Orlando on I-4 or the 408 on Saturday....the annual FLorida Classic is taking place on Saturday afternoon. The traffic can be treacherous going through downtown so plan accordingly!

WOW!!! The opportunity to win $10,000 and ALL the Florida bragging rights........Only got two words for every Snowball entry that isn't on the Cup list.......

                  NO BALLS!!! (Sorry Miss Long)

I wondered whether it was the Florida drivers that didn't go to 5 Flags or the 5 flags drivers that didn't come to Florida. I look at both entry lists and it's not hard to see who's willing to race anybody. Everyone will attribute it to payout but it's 1/10th the cost to run the Gov Cup than it is to run the Snowball competitively. 90% of it is tires. The best driver with the fastest car wins the Gov Cup. The smartest driver with the best pit strategy wins the Snowball. I'll take a short track race over a nascrap race any day.

Good luck to the Florida racer that wins the Gov Cup and takes the challenge. I look forward to this weekend. Should be a great race. Jerry save me a plate, I got stories to tell!

Alternative or adult beverages is a good start, oh sorry, BEER and BOOZE!!

My apologies, my mind was "Frassed" for a minute... And don't worry, you can't miss Andy... He is the only dude wandering around looking lost because he can't figure out why Americans call football Soccer and not football....

Ahh Andy my friend, you have not been picked on yet so I do believe it is time to start... Gotta break you in right...

Remind me one day to tell you the story of getting into exactly that argument with a very senior member of NASCAR's management...

Anyway, I *am* pretty easy to spot - I'm the only guy at the track wearing fine European sportswear!

HEY, do I see that as a "Go Ahead" message...I can pick on Andy now?... he might just be the only one on the board that I haven't picked on.

Don't anyone let him know that I haven't a serious bone in my body (don't get excited again there Ocala Jim).

I've just been waiting until I laid eyes on the lad before I start in on him.. (kinda want to make sure he isn't bigger than me).

Before I get started with him.. I sure have to say, the lad can write extremely well... his writings leave nothing to be desired... he covers everything.... like someone said... makes you feel like you are there watching the race while reading his results (don't tell him that either... sure wouldn't like him to get the big head)

Andy... looking forward to seeing you this weekend... I'm the tall skinny dude with OSF on me hat... look like I haven't eaten in a month..... always willing to give free breast exams ON DEMAND and have Ocala Jim to assist (with the ones I choose for him).
Thank a Police Officer for what they do........... OSF:

In which case, I probably am bigger than you...

And if that doesn't help me, I can probably run further than most people before I need to stop. Boneman and Flraceguy can attest to this - they've witnessed my Saturday night limping due to over-exertion at the gym that morning!

Actually... I do believe how the story went is that his lovely spouse who is a sweetheart... Beat the living doodoo out of him when he told her that he was going to the racetrack again.... I do have to applaud him... A good start to his Short Track life... making excuses for the beating he will take now and in the future... LOL
