Good to see you eventually got home, Billy - I was convinced they'd still have all you guys in tech over there by the time the 2010 season was starting!

John I agree with you. However Cuddy says you are a loser. I disagree with that. Cuddy is the one that is the loser!! How low of a person he is to qualify last. We all know that was bullshit!! They need to ban him and his brother Bobby Riley or Bobby Cuddy whoever he is from fascar!!!

            lol!

Backdoorbob sounds to me like like you have some sort of anger management problem of some kind, a.k.a. "little man syndrome". Or maybe your one of the guys who leave their car on the trailer all week and wonder why it don't win? I have read many many post from you and their all negative. Haha and always anti orange car. Now with the 52 cruising on the qualifying lap,....He just played the system for a loop hole. As everyone heard is drivers meeting Butch said, "we will be inverting the field, but we are putting up a $250 bonus for fastest time, so those who want to sandbag, will lose out on a chance at some money" Cuddy just decide to take a chance and win $500 then to get $250 to start last. It's sounds simple to me. "It's Just Good Business."

It figures. Someone that has no roll cage and drives like a freaking idiot! Another Cuddy supporter. I guess you too William has no morals.

Yea that’s a real good statement William!! Not

It should be about be a racer. Not a cheating scumbag that is a scared to race his car from the last spot.

              Here are some suggestions
#1 if you continue to cheat go to another track and race.
#2 if you are scared to race then do not race.
#3 if you use your brother to block the 51 and 211 then you should not be racing.
#4 a real racer will start from the back and not be scared.”Example: Jarred Allison last night started last and won the race"
#5 the 211 started last. Only if he had read the rule book he would have had a great finish.

I was not there for the drivers meeting but someone told me about the field would be inverted and the slowest would start first. Going slow purposely, well, does not say much for anyone. I hope whoever got the $250.00 for fast qualifier really wanted it. You say it is good business to give up the $250 for $500 but it does not gain respect from the fans nor your other fellow drivers either. I have not been to SpeedWorld for awhile so I went last night to see the final race of the year. Right now, I just don't know what I really think about that but I don't agree with it at all. Would have been funny if they took back their word and started the field straight up from qualifying and said "April Fool's Day" then what would Billy have done. He would have been started dead last and not first and would have to fight his way to the front just like any other racer.

I heard alot of bad things last night about what has been going on with the cars and it really sadden me. That is all I can say really, that is made me very sad to hear some of the things I heard.

Butch even told the racers to sandbag?

                  *facepalm*

welp, that settles that then. you don't have anything at all to whine about.

you mean like Bobby Cuddy, who started dead last on the field last night and who came all the way up through the field clean?

                  so he's your hero now?

I qualified 4th on the last 50 lapper, took the lead, made the dice roll and had to go to the back, and was wrecked taking the lead. I've started from the back all year and have passed alot of cars, I was playing it safe last night and out smarted them. Anyone that has watched the super stocks this year knows I'm not scared. If I would have won the pole the people that don't like me would say I won it because I was cheating.

In other words Billy, you could not win whether you qualified fastest or dead last. You would either be cheating to be the fastest or sandbagging to be the last. But you are the Champion so congratulations on the 2009 Championship.

Why would it be funny for the race director to go back on his word, weren't you on here a while back saying dirt is so much better because they don't play favortism or go back on their word. They have made changes at Speed world even by getting rid of you. What I did was legal and smart I think, I played it safe the last night of point season, I've came from the back all year and won alot of races. As far as gaining respect I've got new fans because of last night, no matter what someone does there is going to be people who like it and people who don't. You can't name 1 driver that everyone likes.

I've started from the back all year,I out smarted them, my brother was only behind me for a few laps about 6 or 8 laps we had plenty of restarts and plenty of laps for them to pass me. A good finish is not the same as a win. And a safe easy win and $500 on the last points race seems smart to me. I passed the most cars on the last 50 lap race, out smarted them on this one, lets see what I can do on the charity race 50 lapper, I know I will have someone watching me even if they don't like me which is good and fun.

I wasn't picking on you Billy at all and I hope you realized that. And I was told that they could not afford to have anyone in the pit office anymore so I went to work for Volusia which I do love. I am not working 15 hours plus a day and get to do what I love most - write. When they need extra help, they know I will help them but I enjoy and like my new home although I do miss you guys also. It was nice last night to see alot of old friends at SpeedWorld.

I am not saying one way or the other that I agree on sandbagging but that is your choice not mine. I enjoyed watching the Super Stock race and you are the 2009 Champion which means you had to work hard for that. I don't go to SpeedWorld often so I did not see your last Super Stock 50 but you are right, there are very few drivers that everyone likes. I could probably count on one hand the number of drivers liked by all.

I was not picking on you but saying that personally I think it would have been great seeing you come from the rear of the field to the front like Ron McCreary likes to do. And that kid in the 211 defintely made you work for your win. I don't know him but he was very good at driving and impressed me.

And there is no favoritism at Volusia, not that I have seen although last night I got an ear full from some people at SpeedWorld about favoritism. But you have to take everything with a grain of salt because there are always two sides to every story and I only heard one side of it. Like I said before, congratulations on your championship and win last night. I am sure you will be a good champion next year.

I thought so too! haha. Let's see I'll slow it down for you.....put 250 in one hand.......500 in the other......now witch one would you want more......

HA! Ive heard that before! My driving style has got me 8 wins at Orlando and 11 at New Smyrna, and two races where going opposite direction. With the points championship at both tracks this year, I can't be too bad.

And you try and bring up some scumbag, cheating, blah, blah, blah....For the people that where in the stands and quite a few people in the pits where clapping and laughing at Mr. Cuddy's very technical decision.
