It was a good night, and a really healthy crowd in the stands. The truck race was a good one, with Chad Pierce working his way right from the back and needing a lot of good luck to avoid the crashes happening in front of him. Superstocks had a good race too, especially up at the front. The SLMs struggled though, as the track got pretty greasy for them, and you could tell they couldn't really give it their all on that surface.

Somebody needs to hire Andy S, he has presented the BEST, detailed, enthusiastic accounts of local racing I have read in 10 years on this board! If stories like his appeared in the paper there might be a few more fans in the stands!
Congrats also to Chad Pierce and the #30 and #38 teams. First time-first win with the new #30 truck and it looks great heading to the 200. The modified has been in Victory Lane all year, even beating the #22 on occason.
