  • KArnacing at 36000 feet

Did you know that you can post on Karnac from an airplane at 36000 feet now. I am on my way to New Orleans from Atlanta and happen to be on a plane with wifi. They (gogo wifi with wings) were handing out promo codes to use it on this flight. Works pretty well. I could even get into my companies secure server ( and thats not easy when your in the office).

Oh well, I guess you can't get away form technology.

    Cya gotta land .

I know for a fact that Karnac can be accessed from an un-determined place in the Eastern Caribbean during the middle of a Hurricane!

I don't know where we were, as our Cruise Ship was running away from/around the back of, Hurricane Wilma. We were supposed to be near The Bahamas, but was told we were actually somewhere on the south side of Cuba, and more towards the Gulf than the Atlantic.

27 foot seas is one HELL of a ride in a ship that big. Felt like a Roller Coaster that moves sideways, as well as vertical. Many people got sick... I thought it was the coolest thing I've ever done! What a RIDE that was!!!

You know Frass.. Leave it up to you to get a laugh over that... But honestly I probably would have been laughing as well... It is surprising at how much those big ships roll when there are waves...

      have fun and surf well...

Oy yea main......que passa......said the refugee from Opa Locka.

Had a bumper snicker on my truck that said
"WILL THE LAST AMERICAN LEAVING MIAMI PLEASE BRING THE FLAG"

Caught a lot of flack for that one. Even a broken rear window.

Todd... that was my point. We were nowhere NEAR where we were supposed to be. As Wilma was coming across Florida from the Southwest, we had to run south, get behind it and follow it until it crossed over the mainland, before we could go back to Port Canaveral. Not only one hell of a ride, it was also an extra FREE day out at sea. I loved every minute of it!
