  • Crash-A-Rama enduro rules are up

For the first time, I see there is a published rule book for the upcoming enduro at Crash A Rama. Great! Now that Crash A Rama is under new management, and has written rules, I hope they can draw a good field like they always have. I know I am planning to spectating at the OSW event with my 3 sons.

You know why I am a fan of Crash A Rama? 3 reasons:
    1. It is about the only racing left where money can't buy success.
    2. It is the best and cheapest way to get give racing a try.
    3. It is a great show to watch.

I understand there are changes upcoming to their website to make the rules easier to read and more printer friendly. http://www.crash-a-rama.com Click on the "races" tab and you will find the rules are printed after the schedule.

I ran two of these in 2007 and had a blast. I can think of a few KARNAC people who should get up from the computer, get a car together and have at it!

So, for a newbie like me, is Crash-A-Rama worth coming along to? I know lots of people who go along to it, but as I prefer the racing to the crashing I wondered if I'd get anything out of it. It's being held around my birthday this year too, so if a load of people are going along to it...

it normally has more "action" than a regular race night. and consumption of alcoholic beverages cannot but aid your viewing experience.

besides, most of the events actually are "races", even the school bus figure 8.

It has been on that date for several years, and it produces standing room only crowds.

I know that there are several people I work with who never miss Crash-A-Rama, but I'm having a real hard job convincing to come along with me to watch the regular weekly racing.
