With the All American 400 being rescheduled for November 21, do you think it will affect the cars for the Governor's Cup??

Only 1 car I can think of that would have to make a choice... Justin Drawdy. He is entered in Nashville, and has been doing most of his racing out of state. I don't recall him being a part of the last several Governors Cup races, and don't know if he had any plans to be there anyway.
Other than him, Dennis Schoenfeld is the only other driver entered in Nashville that HAS been to the Cup race over the last handfull of years. Being based out of NC now (formerly Jacksonville), he hasn't been to more than 1 Cup race in about 10 years.

I read somewhere that Justin has put someone in his car I thought for the All American 400. But I thought that Wayne Anderson usually went to the All American or has. I did talk to Johanna Long and she is not coming for the Governor's Cup she said. Hopefully they will get some out-of-staters but with the All American that weekend, wasn't sure how many would go where.

I would think Johanna Long would want to run the Govenors Cup for experience and exposure. I try and keep up with all the racing and I dont see her winning anywhere but her home track, I might be wrong about that though. I just miss the days when you didnt have to ask if the drivers were going to be at the big races, you knew they were going to be there. Dirt Late Model racing got to be that way this year, you had to guess what track or if they were going to be racing. Just my opinion. Have a great weekend.Randy Kerr

Johanna just won at Mobile and took the Gulf Coast title... She ran down here for World Series last year and set quick-time one night, had a best finish of third and ran in the top five pretty much the entire time...
We would LOVE to have her here... Last I knew she was unsure but it wasn't definite.Mark Keeler

I point blanked asked Johanna this week if she was coming and she said no. I am sure if she races anywhere, it will be the 400 in Nashville. And I can't blame her either, the 400 will pay more and with gas going up daily, you really do have to think about that. But she did say definitely that she is not coming to the Governor's Cup. Also I asked Jermey Colangelo what he was doing and right now he said he is unsure because he was also scheduled to race the 400. Don't know if this helps but I did ask.
