I quit fishing because there was no one handing out money at the docks when i got back. Why did you quit racing?

only the bottom feeders just in case you don't what

a bottom feeder is he is some one that rides around the bottom of race track getting half his car off in grass instead of trying to pass you on out side or drive in and turn you around because he can only drive the straight a ways

want and example we will use just one guy there are a bunch never have i ever seen this guy pass a car on out side and i don't know him have just watched him # one bottom feeder charlotte county speedway jeff firestone big ole orange boat

quick as the race starts he is rooting down on botton now he has never mastered passing on outside ain't picking on him just stating a fact

if you follow some one hoping they slip up so you can slip under them when they are giving you plenty room on top and you have to put bumper to them and turn them and drive down in grass to get by you might need brake lights

kinda like open wheel heat race in open wheels in heat race this past week on first lap when #63 open wheel tried to drive down on grass on first lap from 2or 3rd row in turns one and two he could use a set of brake lights

his car is good enough to at least wait till race starts before he starts dirt trackin think about this the night your car is running great and the guy in front of you his car is off just a little bit maybee little tight off corner but he is giving you the top plenty of room on out side

and he is waiting for right rear to grow just little bit then his car will get better about half way tru race but he is getting off corner good but you ain't figured it out yet so you are up set cause you are a tad faster in corner than he is but you don't know how to go to out side and pass

so you just follow him and now he pulls you off corner and you ain't figured out how to pass in the corner so now you want him to roll over and play dead and let you by cause you are working better in corners

well maybee next time the shoe will be on other foot and your car will be tight or maybee we might ought to put some 2000,00 shocks on our car and some ratchets in it were we can adjust it while we are on track racing and i know i should not expect my driver to be able to keep up with most of you he has only been racig open wheels for probably one full year

so maybee next year we will be able to run with the big dogs it is a fun class and we do enjoy and some of you guys that have been in it a while have your cars working good and 90% of you are top knotch drivers thanks for letting us race with you and learn with you thanks RON ABNEY SR

      Good Post Ron....

I ain't racin' unless I'm trying that outside. At Bronson if you are stuck on the outside you have to wait for the freight train to go by before rooting in there.
The real rush at most tracks is passin' on the outside. The only downside is that I've blown two motors this year pushing that outside.
      Oh well, that's racin'.

Dont you know that late models dont belong on an open trailer, they belong in a hauler, with a full pit crew and you are too old.

considering that you voted to keep yourself away from your own racecar it seems that, whatever your protestations, you don't trust yourself to not install a brake light on your Late Model after all.

i'm made of sterner stuff than that, i'm not tempted to put a brake light on my car at all.

next your gonna try telling me that the brand new tires go on the racecar and not the "hauler"
