SpeedWorld Re-Opens Tonight !

Tonight racing action will resume at 8 p.m. with a full slate of racing. After all the weather and drainage issues it is time to get back to racing. We have had a tough year, tough economy, hurting people, racing has lost some good folks, our owner has battled health issues, and now is facing some expensive decisions. I commend him for his fight, and his commitment to racing at Orlando and New Smyrna. We had some great folks come last week and help us get the track back in good shape to race, again thanks to them ! I will not be able to be there tonight as a previous scheduled trip to West Virginia to preach was scheduled when it was suppose to be stunt wars and we would have not been working the event. I wish everyone a great night of fun and racing. I will see you all next week for Faith Night and more !!!!

What exactly is "Faith Night"?

Faith my motor will hold together after some pretty extensive repairs. Faith my driver will hold together in his first sportsman race at OSW. Faith I won't get run over running the Nss gear because I am too damn busy/lazy and don't feel like changing it back again for Saturday night.

I am more or less just taking the car out to support the track and shake the bugs out.
