Me think that's when you tear up one engineers work and re-do it the'RIGHT'way.-------Kinda' like OSW.

Basically if you have a piece of equipment but no "instruction manual" so to speak, someone who can look at it, use whatever is available to them and figure out how it was built.... Sort of drawing a blueprint in reverse...

I failed to mention... I need someone in or around the Orlando area that can do this...
