Got my video and couldn't wait to get it started...
GREAT JOB (Florida Video Service). Saw a bunch of great people from the past (darn if it doesn't make me feel old too)...
Great interviews... didn't enjoy seeing Dickie and Jimmy sitting beside each other one bit compared to watching them rub fenders in the days of old. Any time I saw those two scheduled to race together, I tired my best to be there...I don't think I enjoyed any two racers more than those two on the track together.
I have to get this video to my nephew... he is always telling me that he was born too late because of all the stories I tell him about the old days at the Gate and Sunshine...
Racing will never NEVER be like it was back then...but we have those great memories and the BLAST FROM THE PAST sure helps us remember.
THANKS and I'll be looking forward to another one next year (hope I can make that one).
