X Games Rally Car Racing

The Boneman posted some alternative racing ideas a few months back which could supplement the regular Saturday Night Program and draw a new group of fans to the track. Has anyone seen the Rally car racing during the X Games on ESPN and ABC? Fairly exciting stuff with a young fan following. Could be done on any short track using the racing surface in conjunction with a dirt course built in the infield. I also think a combo stock car program with motocross (Supercross type, not bicycles) races in the infield could introduce a whole new fan following to the local speedway. Since most motocross racers careers are short (early to mid twenties), it would be a natural progression to get into stock cars once they hung up their dirt bikes.
Any opinions?

Adding speedway motorcycles, motocross or rallycross to our stock car show would absolutely attract NEW competitors and NEW fans. Sounds like an excellent plan.

I've seen motorcycles on short tracks a few times, and thought they were really exciting to watch. I think they would be a natural for Speedworld's infield track; they would put on a great show.

I used to love watching the 4 wheelers race at the old Orlando speedway. You have to wonder why more tracks don't utilize their facility more for different events when there is no racing.

I was glued to it Sunday! That was so different and it definitely would be something that should be attempted at local tracks. Very entertaining and I couldn't believe how tight some of those spots were on the course.
