    What?

When did the cop become the Master of Law...and created this "5 Minute Rule"? The "PUNCHEE" can press charges against the "PUNCHER" tomorrow, next week or next month - and the cop can go piss in the wind.

Funny you mentioned the "PUNCHER' by name... I was at NSS a few years back and was about 10 feet from this same "PUNCHER" and "DADDY PUNCHER" when they double teamed another driver. They sucker punched the poor fool and then took turns turning his face into a bowl of pudding. The guy ended up losing an eye and was out of work for a long time. "PUNCHER and DADDY PUNCHER" hauled ass and the State Attorney said they didn't have enough to move forward with it. BS all the way. NSS sure didn't have a problem letting "PUNCHER and DADDY PUNCHER" back to race anytime they wanted.

Am still waiting...the ole saying "Every Dog Has its Day" will apply.... one day someone will make up for all that has been done over the years...the right person hasn't been Jap Slapped yet. Someday - someone will take it to a higher level and BOOM - Job Done!

This happened at Auburndale . Wow don't believe that . Rex Guy playing favorites. NAA can't be, he is fairest operator in the state ask him he will tell you. i payed someone back a few months ago for trying to drive thru my car and i am no longer allowed on the property ( nothing happened to him by the way or his dad who attacked my car with a broom) and there was no physical violence involved what so ever and here Mr Anderson punches someone and nothing happens. Oh Well go figure I like CCMP and Citrus better anyway.

what i thought was weird was that the only reason the 21 was up behind Anderson in the first place was because Anderson caused a yellow by spinning out a lap car.

anybody see what happened? i was looking elsewhere as i wasn't expecting a guy with a full straightaway lead to be trying to punt people.

Funny thing he was calm as can be he never once retailated at all he walked away and got in his car for a scuff session.

this is probably part of the problem. once assaulted, the law permits you to take any action you deem necessary to protect yourself. if he had responded in kind, he might have got thrown out but Anderson would also have certainly got thrown out and he'd be perfectly positioned to press charges.

he does also need to learn a different way to handle slightly slower cars though. spending 15 laps fendering a guy in the center of the corner is not normally going to accomplish anything good.

As well last i check if your to the guys left rear tire you pretty much got postion on em, if they choose to come down and spin there self out then thats just racing.

yeah, i know, that's spotter racing.

and that's a big part of why i hate it. people will "normally" give you the position. but what if they don't? what if they know the track has a "protect the leader" rule and they intend to take full advantage of it? for the price of a short ride through the infield they can force their primary competition to the back of the field and get their spot back up front with no penalty.

he put himself in a position where if Wayne came down and forced contact, Wayne was going to get spun. don't do that.

you got to play the game by the rules that are on the books. right now, it looks like Wayne is better at it.

          yup

the #77 did take out a lap car the reason was for not moving over after 3 laps so thats no big deal. the reason the #77 and the #21 got in to in in the pits who knows maybe the #21 run his yapper way to much and the only way he ever gets to the front is takeing cars out so it is what it is.
and to the poster mwss68 you got what you had comming to you and your son thats why you and 5 other drivers this year will not be back at auburndale speedway so stay at ccmp and citrus or just maybe go back to east bay.

The 21 car has been sent to the rear 8 times in the past 5 races. Crashing out countless other cars. Any one with the 21 car should be the last to complain about anything. After all the term "no driver" fits well.

            What some cheese????

Are you telling me you condone Wayne's repeated BS in the pits? It would be one thing if this were a one time thing and somebody just needed to get straightened out - but like clock work wayne seems to pull this crap right when you think he may have grown up.

Never said i didn't get what i deserve. its just some people are allowed to do as they please and others have to walk on eggshells. I prefer to not walk on eggshells. Also does anyone know if Kevin's brother Kelly was there. I somehow doubt it or Mr Anderson would not have been able to race.

It is numerous incidents such as this that has tainted racing and made it far less desirable to participate or watch. Obviously "Dickies Boy Anderson" has lost his racing edge and has had to succumb to punching his competitors, driving down on them and if he were the skilled driver that he claims to be he would be able to gather himself up and not spin out as I have witnessed other far superior drivers do and continue on racing. Auburndale Speedway no longer is about racing it's about favorites and a one car show. Before too long there will be no fans either. With the economy in the grave state it is any and all drivers and fans should be greatly appreciated. It takes sacrifice and hard work to justify spending money on a hobby. So keep that in mind Mr. Guy and your investors as your wallet get's thinner and thinner along with the crowd's and cars. Your total lack of professionalism and knowledge is preventing you from making business decisions. I sincerely hope that "Dickies Boy Anderson" is feeding you well. As they say every dog has his day and yours is coming. It's amazing with all the technology today cell phones now have video hmmmmmmm rumor has it, it's on video so look out it may come back to haunt you yet.

I haven't seen anything on here why Little Dickies Boy punched the other driver to begin with. I know Wayne has a pretty dirty past but I can't see the guy just punching someone no reason BEFORE the race.

                      yes

we all know the drivers like Mr Anderson and jimmy cope and some other can only take so much then they would just asume fight then race. let all drop this we all know Mr Anderson has the best money can buy this is why he is the bullseye of the week.

the moment you've all been waiting for...

I spoke to Wayne about Auburndale. When I asked about what happened, he said the 21 driver charged him and he retaliated and that's why you didn't see the cops do anything to Wayne. Anyone that's been to Auburndale has seen the on-track incidents and it came to a head Saturday night. That's all he's got to say about it.

I'm obviously friends with Wayne and I'm just telling you what he told me and I'm not here to fan any flames, just thought I'd get you guys an answer that were looking for Wayne's side of things.

As bad as his temper is on the track I really can't see the guy just walking up to someone and start punching him before the races starts. That makes a little more sense.

No. Kelly Ingram was not there. The only family members that Kevin had there was his nephew and his sister which she was on the grandstands side.
