this site is amazing... and its really got my seal of approval. first one that gives a little info on each picture... lots of good shots of LeRoy Porter, David Rogers, and sooooo many others. great shots of Richie Evans, gary Balough...Barbara Pierce!
take a look... theres lots of great pics and ive just barely scratched the surface on the New Smyrna square.........

Thanks for the good words Carol... I wish I had more time to work on the site but my wife ain't too thrilled with me staying late here to work on something that doesn't make any money LOL... Still fun when I can and I've still got boxes of stuff to scan plus loads of "promises" from folks who have old pictures... I really need old North Florida stuff, Citrus, Ocala and some of the early shots from Charlotte County....

dave...tell your wife that what you have done is left alot of history for alot of people who are thinking of days gone by when they look at your pictures. days when we were young and thin and raising our little ones... days when gas was about 25 cents a gallon! happy times... there isnt enough money to pay you for the joy you give people. and i know that inside, you are feeling the same way i do when i know ive made someone happy... sometimes thats worth more than a couple bucks a photo...
Joe and Lori Winchell are close friends of mine. i adore them. i was looking at pics of them & if you didnt take the time to caption each, i dont think i would have known them. also dickie anderson... wow... there are even pics of Pete Orr, Pete Hamilton... so many of the pioneers of short track racing.
thank you so much dave. i know how much time and effort go into doing albums such as yours. and thank your wife for giving you the time to do it! our racers and guys like you have so much to be greatful for when they have supportive wives.
