Clyde Hart Memorial 125 Today

Today New Smyrna Speedway celebrates Clyde Hart with the Annual Clyde Hart Memorial 125. The "Best of the Best" Super Late Models will be on hand for 125 laps of pure racing action along with the Taylor Racing Products Pro Trucks and Pub 44 Strictly Stocks.

Everyone who knew Clyde knew how much he loved racing and New Smyrna Speedway. Today, fans and drivers will celebrate that love he had for short track racing.

Hopefully the night is going well for the Clyde Hart. I ended up at the hospital with an angina attack and told not to go. So here I sit, waiting to hear how things went. Hopefully well.

David Rogers #11 set quick time for 11th Annual Clyde Hart Memorial

Tim Russell won, Choquette, Colangelo then Anderson.

22 cars - not too bad. Rogers and choquette were slowly coming to the front. Jeff challenged Russell pretty hard then slowed a bit. Rogers looked like he lost the right front and hit turn 2 wall.

Glad i went, mainly to show support for the track that has brought me so many racing memories over the years. good crowd.
