This story just shows that it isn't the economy.

I remember going to Tinker Field many times over the years... When I was a young kid, I saw a guy named Rod Carew play second base for the class A team... Watched a lot of Spring Training games there... In the early 80's, The Orlando Twins has their AAA team there... Got to watch a lot of the guys play that went on to win the World Series including the manager of that team Tom Kelly... My wife and I would go and get a couple of cheap seats... By the 5th inning the ushers would leave so we'd move down to the empty box seats on the 3rd base line for a couple of innings then sit in box seats along the first base line until the end of the game... Hot dogs were 75 cents... Unfortunately, although the place is still there... no more Minor League teams... And it's just 10 minutes from my house...

Well i guess that puts a cap on it . Carol recomends a Stone Crab baseball game over CCMP . Large and fun crowd , less expensive tickets , overall it was a fun night .

Eye Candy all the way, HaudFan--

We were even betting that the Girls Gone Wild Bus was going to show up here.
Even at VCS, the same goes.

Bryan, the Girls Gone Wild Bus sure aint going to show up in Bithlo, Fl. (OSW), as you probably already know by now.
But it probably would still, at the old Sunshine Speedway in St. Pete, and it's been closed for years now.
