Just wanting everyone to know that John Barker who wrote for the Lakeland Ledger for years is in the V.A. Hospital in Tampa and not doing very well, but some visitors would help his moral ALOT!!! He was always one of the 1st ones to be at your house or wherever when troubled times came for us drivers. Lets just show the same support when he needs it. Thoughts and prayers also will help. Thanks.

Tampa is a ways for me to drive but could you please give me a room number and address for the VA Hospital. John and I have been friends for many years and I would love to send him a card and if I can, but I won't promise, I will go to Tampa and see him and try and cheer him up. I know his health has been up and down the last few years but John is a good guy and I would like him to know that I am thinking of him. So if you can provide me with an address and room number, I would definitely appreciate that.
