To answer the sealed motor rule

The sealed motor rule hasn't been in the rule book for two years. The majority of the race teams voiced their opinion on this, and the rules committee went along with the majority and removed it from the rule book. As I have stated many times in the past all teams need to read the rules, they will help you. If any team thinks another team is illegal, we have provisions in the rule book to declare a team legal or illegal. I hope I answered your questions.
