I don't know if any of y'all knew him. Back in the early 70's him and Sharen Davis from Macclenny had a racecar that Morgan Shepard drove for a while and they Wayne Shugart drove it. The car was #1, a red nova. They ran at Golden Isles Speedway. Later David went to work with Penske South in Mooresville. I went to Penske South on different occasions and David would take me and my family thru the shop.
