NOW NOW Benny. Everyone knows that all those bouncy things and "happy" posts from Bobby is what brings everyone to KARNAC!!

Actually, I think I have some more bad news for you. In a couple of weeks, they will be rolling out the new format for KARNAC. During the week and on Saturdays, it will be nothing but advertisement [ for family orientation only of course ]. On Sundays you will be able to post and read posts [ after 12:00 PM ] but only after you've proved that you been to church and TRULY BELIEVE.

Problem is when you do get a discussion going and some good ideas, someone (not me) moves the thread to complainers corner. No, you are not suppose to attack someone personally but you can state your views and opinions and ideas. Some do have more opinions than others but I think that happens everywhere.

I admit that I don't go to the board like I use to and I don't really moderate it at all except when someone complains about a thread or statement that is alittle over the top. I don't believe in personal attacks and I have always said you can get your point across without dragging someone thru the dirt. I have been called every name in the book and seem sometimes to be popular on other boards as the b---- of karnac. It use to upset me but not anymore.

Not long ago I moved a thread back to here and someone kept putting it back to complainers corner. Why, I don't know but it had alot of good ideas in it and it was not bad. Finally I gave up after asking Jack please don't let it be moved again but it was. And he did not do it either. Yes, I have edited some statements because they were personal attacks and that is not going to happen but the person could have reworded his statement and left out the personal attacks but didn't.

Why threads are moved, why people are moderated, I am the last person who could answer that. But I do believe that your input is important to local short track racing and it does need help in many areas. And this board should be more than a promotion board but a board that can truly help a sport that many of you love.

Anyway, I am off to Volusia tonight and hopefully a great night of racing since we have been off for two weeks. And hopefully Donny Williams can win Nathan that trophy tonight at New Smyrna since Nathan goes back to Colorado next week and Makayla has one and he doesn't. So good luck to Donny.

And anyone can always e-mail me at racingjls@aol.com if you have any questions why something was done. I will do my best to get you the answer and that is the truth.

Well said Ms.Jane I agree .....We will be at VSP tonight, Randy will have his new thunderstock monty carlo there #24 ,hopefully he will do good for his first night there with it, Dalton will be driving the #73 Kerr racing mustang in the challengers I wish both of my guys the best of luck and hopefully they will bring home the trophies .

Here's the problem

Problem with this board is it used to be about racing with race fans and racers alike. It got taken over by a bunch of women that want to talk about kids birthdays and look through the world with rose colored glasses.

Whenever you have a popular thread it would get windexed. I think karnac realized albeit too late what was happenning. Once people lose their interest in something it is hard to get it back!

I used to visit this board several times a day. Now once a week is plenty for me. No one should ever be windexed or banned. Even backdoorjob and Jackass14. Heck they should keep old O.S.F. around!

i wasnt looking for more negativity. i am looking for more enthusiastic people to join us on the board and write about some of our drivers and things going on in racing. there are thousands of things going on...
and because some of us have been on KARNAC for over a decade, we have become personal friends and not a damn thing wrong with wishing them well!
there isnt anything wrong with suggestions to make things better either. its just how we say it. no need to be nasty.
there have been some awesome suggestions on this board and i know for a fact that some of the track owners have tried out the ideas. some work and some dont... but at least people care enough to try.
so .... i need to get back to this race so i can mentally push TONY to the front!!!!! have a fun day and please read it more and add to it...
i love racing and even tho i can be annoying please dont take the wind out of my sails because racing needs more people who go that extra mile to PROMOTE!!!! to CARE! thanks...
