The 2009 United Dirt Late Model Champion will not only collect the $12,000.00 in first place prize money and $3000.00 in guaranteed contingency prizes, but will also be wearing the $3000.00 Championship Ring commemorating the achievement.
Hildebrand Jewelers located in Perryville, Missouri and doing business globally via the World Wide Web has partnered with the south's most exciting dirt late model series to ensure our 2009 Champion is wearing "the right stuff".
Kevin Hildebrand loves the jewelery business but he really gets his biggest thrills designing rings for champions. Hildebrand became involved in racing through friends he sponsors that just happen to race dirt late models in the midwest. "I get a big charge out of designing jewelry, that's why I gave up truck driving years ago to get into this business", he stated recently.
As the United Dirt Late Model Challenge Series moves into North Florida Speedway this weekend for the fifth race of the season, Jason Fitzgerald, another late model ace from Jacksonville, Fl, is leading the point chase. Mark Whitener, Johnny Collins and Russell Brown, Jr are in hot pursuit, and several other drivers could come to the front quickly, given the competitiveness of the series this year.
Racing gets underway with 6:30 PM qualifying Saturday evening at North Florida Speedway, located near Lake City, Fl.
