LOL,Randy needs some tires,tranny,gear & some lexan to get one of the cars converted over for asphalt,maybe he will get it done soon.where were you??,we didnt see you anywhere,we was setting in turn 4 area,We had our 4 year old & 8 month old grandsons with us and the first thing when we got there the 4 year old seen the track and said to Randy, papa wheres the dirt there is no dirt on the track,thats when it dawned on me it was his first trip to an asphalt track LOL,The racing was good and we enjoyed it pretty well.We are heading upto Putnam tonight,Dalton is racing a 4 cylinder there,He has been doing pretty good at Volusia in the mustang he has been driving for Kerr racing,You should come on up there and visit with us .

You didnt explain to him that the dirt was in the garden and primarily used for growing potato's?

We started in the pits and ended up with Mike and Travis at the start finish line.

Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I will have my car back out. We have been getting a lot of family coming in from out of town and work has been very busy.

Dalton is doing good at VSP and I have found out that dirt can be very exciting and fun and is worth far more than for planting anything. The car counts are great, the fans are fantastic and if you haven't given it a try, you need to. Seventeen cars were good for the Super Stock race but I guarantee if you had a 50 lap Street Stock race at Volusia, you would see far more than 17. They will pull 25 Late Models just for a regular race, not a special, and that is really good. So don't knock dirt until you try it or come and watch it.
