Way to go Bronson . Its good to see a track making a comback . The $10.00 front gate is one of the best ideas in a long time . Any track that charges more than that is certainly not interested in the fans .

Great to hear that it was a success and from that top 5 it drew in GOOD cars. I actually recognize everyone in the top 5 that is a real shocker.

Thats 2 weeks in a row we have had the stands full at Bronson. I really enjoy racin' there every week in Sportsman. Started last, finished 4th last night in a real tense race. The fans loved it and I had a great time, as usual.

2 thumbs up to Bronson and Tony for making it happen....

Tony and Bronson - great job. I remember covering the Gulf Coast Modified race at Bronson a few years back with that many cars. It was a great race and very exciting. I am very happy to see someone do something for Modifieds and bring them back. I have always loved watching Modifieds race and Bronson is definitely a hard track to race at but they did it. Sorry I missed the show but at least Jack was there.

                  Congratulations again - Jane

With the amount of money to win, I thought they would have had more cars. I guess the payout wasn't that good for 2nd on back.

Payouts on back were about what other tracks pay. 3000 to win, 1200 for second and on back. More than 22 MODs there, but only 22 able to start. Also a 1200 to win pure stock with 24 taking the green. A two night event that had the stands full as well as more cars in the pits than I have seen for a year.

JMO, Bronson's 1/3 mile track really does not have the room for a bigger car count as we had. It took several restarts to get over the jitters from the drivers to settle down and not try to win in the first lap. After that the racin' was GREAT...

I had a lot of fun didn't run that good but the track went out of there way to make everyone feel at home. I think I was told that they had either 25 or 27 mods in the pits. It was a lot of fun running on the treaded tires.

That last part stands out . The people at Bronson went out of their way to make the racers feel welcome . Thats the single biggest reason that racers and fans don't stay loyal to a track .

I think Mr. Parker deserves a tip of the hat so to speak for putting on a great show. This is his first year promoting the track and he seemed to pull off a pretty good one Saturday night.I'm sure some people could find something to complain about but that can't be avoided. It seemed to me most of the fans and drivers were happy so maybe this is something he can build on.He has his work cut out for him because it can't be easy trying to get something off the ground in this economy but he deserves credit for trying and I wish him all the luck in the world.
