SPRINTS will be RAINING this Saturday at Volusia

Not one but two Sprint Car Series will headline Saturday's show at Volusia Speedway Park. Making their first appearnace ever will be the Top Gun Sprint Car Series along with the Florida Mini Sprints. It will be RAINING sprints.

Also on the program are the Modifieds, 4 Cyl Challengers and Mini Stocks with a $500.00 purse to win. College Students with id get in for only $7.00 which is a deal for two sprint car series.

So come on out and join us for a night of SPRINTS at Volusia Speedway Park.

I for one applaud Jane's bold wordsmithing. Using running would have been the easy way out.

I can hear the announcer now..."It's raining down sprint cars, people! Look at how many are in the pits! There's even message board members running their micro sprints! Run for your lives as these fire breathing bohemoths rip the dirt from the earth!"

Don't you remember the old song "it's raining men" well I thought raining sprints would work also. Got to be different these days to get everyone's attention and I did. Come join us Saturday at Volusia and you can see for yourself how it will be raining sprints. And if you can't, I hope you have a great time wherever you are.

Any idea which Sprint cars are coming? Maybe a list of the drivers who have said they would support this series?

I'm sure that someone has been in contact with the drivers to see who is coming... let US know!

Jerry - this is the list from their first race and only race thus far. If I find out anymore, I will gladly let you know. Are you coming to Volusia? If so, just let me know and I will look for you Saturday. Should be awesome since I have seen the Florida Mini Sprints there before with you and they were great. That is when we went to see Kenny Adams - remember and you had the beer hat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I do remember. It was my Birthday that day. I think it was one of the times I turned 29!

Yep, it was something like that but we had alot of fun and saw some great sprint car racing. And those were fun days too. Parked on the hill, cooked, you had your beer hat, went into the pits after and talked to some drivers, we did have fun in those days. Don't know what happened to them but they were good times.

So Mr. Jerry, should I look for you Saturday at Volusia or are you going somewhere else?? If you come, Alex is there also and selling the dvds which are great. He has a goal to sell one more each week than the week before and so far has met his goal. They are only $10.00 compared to everywhere else and are really good and great audio by Joe. But he is doing a great job and wants a dirt car now.

Anyway, let me know whether or not to look for you. Otherwise, have a good weekend wherever you go and I do know that could be anywhere with you.
