The fans at Desoto were treated to some fast laps at intermission by "The Extreme Bullet Car". This prototype car was turning low to mid 15 second laps and flying around the track. I agree that more is NOT necessarily better, but have you tried to find parts for your Camero or Monte Carlo lately? The problem is that lower class stock cars are over 30 years old and parts are becoming harder and harder to find (if not impossible - or too expensive). Fred and Gus have been building cars for years and repairing the wrecks) and came to the conclusion that something NEW had to happen - thus the development of the Extreme Bullet Car. We are not just selling the finished turn-key car for $15,000, but will sell the chassis and any extras needed for those who have racing parts. We just want to see stock car racing continue for those of us who can't afford a late model.
