I really don't understand why people want to brag on their tracks, but can't even mention the name of the track

Sorry Jimbo!
It was a tad past 2AM And although I was still elated, my brain had started to shut down I guess. The Track is CCMP. The Jewel of the south as Jason so fondly calls it. I am proud to be a part of whats happening there. Bobby is doing things right and it shows. Bob.....Last edited by flvideo; 03-29-2009, 08:12 AM.

Glad you guys are enjoying the good luck that Ocala is enjoying at the other end of the state.
Keep up the good work and maybe I'll get down there someday.

Yeah Jim that would be good to have you down. Ocala is another good example of doing it right. Bobby tried something new to us last night. We had limited, supers, Goodyear challege, and they all ran together and were competitive. They used a weight difference and every boy was on the lead lap till I think about lap 82 or so. The top 4 cars got out front early but they didn't run away. The field stayed pretty close the whole race. In fact I think a crate LM led it for almost half the race. I really enjoyed the racing last night. Thanks Bob...

I'd really like to come see what is happening. It's just so darn far. I'm going to try and schedule a weekend to visit my daughter in Sarasota and then jump down to CCMP or vice versa. Maybe even get some pictures of cars without mud on them.My photo site: http://www.rewingphotos.com

Not to burst your bubble but it's pretty easy to get 100+ cars when you run 25 classes... Looked to me that the only one with a decent car count was the LM, but I'm glad to see the effort being made to take the cars that are available and run them together as a group... Give ol' Joe Winchell a good whiff of oxygen before a race and he can still get the job done!
