How was Bronson last week?

I wasn't able to catch the show at Bronson last week since I was at Ocala on Friday night. I did make it on opening night and thought that for the first night back, the track did a pretty good job and put on a decent show. Was the car count better in week 2? I haven't seen any comments here, so I thought I would ask.

We had a great time racin' there. One less sportsman than the week before but a very good 4 cyl. bomber race. The new owner, Tony, is all around the pit area greeting and listening to the drivers about ideas.
Very clean and no dust cloud to deal with.

Sounds like the new owner is doing things the right way . Listening to the fans and drivers is the first step in building up car and crowd counts . Its a great track , just need to figure out how to get the Gainesville crowd to come out there .

Really glad to hear that things are going well. This was my first local track, and it's nice that it's only a 25 minute drive from my door. I'll try to make as many shows as I can this summer. I miss the old menu at the restaurant in Bronson that served ham steaks so big they hung over the edges of the plate along with corn fritters and onion rings. Didn't do anything good for my health, but it sure tasted great!
