actually, it does. you just have to go through the User CP ( control panel ) to get to it. look in the bottom left for "Buddy/Ignore Lists".

Even more misunderstanding of the 1st amendment as well. You do not have "the right to free speech" as is often misunderstood. Read it carefully:

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

All it says is that congress won't pass a law against it. One place you emphatically DO NOT have the right to say whatever you want is on someone else's forum. This has been proven in many courts of law.

You are completely responsible for what you say in a public forum and may be held accountable by anyone who is affected by it. Check laws on Libel and Slander
