Early news for Reunion 2010

    Early news for Reunion 2010

    I've just been informed that New Smyrna Speedway has flip-flopped the Richie Evans race, and the Pete Orr Memorial for next year. Therefore, the Modified Reunion will be held on a SATURDAY next year, rather than the traditional Friday. The Pete Orr race has been moved to that Friday.

    Also, the Vintage Modifieds that were supposed to get a hot-lap session this year (that somehow didn't work as planned) will be an "Official" part of the racing program and will be added to the schedule, so as to prevent the past problem from falling through the cracks again. NSS has been very cooperative in their efforts, and I once again would like to Thank all of the staff for the GREAT support they have given us in this project.

    I know it's early, but it doesn't hurt to let people know about it now!

      OK her is my $.02 they have the VINATGE RACES during the week Correct. What are the odds of moving them to that Saturday ALSO. Since they will RACE they could Time Trial and run JUST a feature event. That would put more cars there for the reunion and the guys can opt out of racing and just do the parade thing.
      As you said it is early.
      Should we do helmets agin? Was it worth it?
