This race will start the 2009 CCMP Late Model Championship!!!!! The race also means alot to the Short Tracker's that new him.
Larry Robinson was one of the Biggest Supporters of Short Track Racing. He became the Goodyear Racing Tires National Short Track Manager. He lived his life with the “ZEST” of any racer. He loved the game of Golf, but his fishing for Dolphin was his passion. He also so loved the time to kick back and smoke a BIG Cuba Cigar. His Wife Terry and his Daughter Carrie are trying to be on hand for the presentation of the huge Larry Robinson Memorial Trophy. This one will look good in anyone's trophy case. The race will be covered by several Racing National Publications. Here is the list of the Teams that already call for the slabs:

FEATURING the ASA Late Model South, Fastruck Pro's, FASTKIDS, Legends and Banbolero's. All three Divisions kicking off their National Points Championship at CCMP.
