We got out there and it wasn't raining at all and was not wet anywhere. So what does that do for the points?? Its just and average for the 2 nights?? To bad for #55 Micheal Cherry I was looking for him to win it all tonight.

Actually, the weather I think they where referring to was the storm brewing in the pits.... The owner was throwing people out Saturday after the near fight on Saturday. He told the 42 team to get out of his track with the Indy officals there. That was probably the real bad weather, the few clouds was just the excuse.

Actually I heard that Rodney Davis was the one that got kicked out, not the 42. The owner even came over to the 42 crew and apologized for everything and said not to worry about Davis and that he won't ever be back here again.

Being that I was standing right there and watched it all happen, I think I have a clue. Especially, since Rodney is the figure 8 promoter there and has been working with the track owner to get some big events setup, he will definetly be back at the track. He was not going to come back to the racing being run by the Indy people as him and most of the others felt they where being screwed over at least that is how they talked in the pits that night. I watched as the owner yelled at the 42 crew and owner to get out of here and they yelled back we are leaving anyway, he also yelled at Rodney to leave. What happened after that I can not say as there was another scuffle or something at the front of the pits with Rodney. I walked out of there and left after all the fun... It's good to see real emotion at races and not the neutered nascar crap on TV.

I was just going off of what I heard from someone that was there. Sounds like it was a wild time that's for sure. The figure 8's are always rough out there on the track with each other up here in Indiana. I go to the Speedrome only a couple times a year. I live in the southern part near the Sportsdrome Speedway. We have a division they call Xtreme Winged Figure 8. They are similar to what you guys have down there but they're more of a street stock car with racin bodies. It's rough in this division too. Alot of extracurricular activity going on. At anyrate, I hope this doesn't keep a bunch of drivers from coming up for the 3 hour race. I'd love to see Michael Cherry make it up here in something. Think there's any chance of that happening?

Told you so....

Before this event even happened I told you if RODNEY DAVIS has something to do with it, he would definately act like a first class a hole. If you would not of let him get involved you would of had NO TROUBLE! Look back at the emails and remember and I quote "I told you so".
Watch how many figure 8 drivers come back to Auburndale this year, too bad a good class.
