Although, I got a kick out of this sentence "An alive and uninjured contractor." As a contractor myself, I can attest to still being alive, but not uninjured!
I still can't believe any American or Canadian companies would not want Patrick to represent their company. Paticularly with the amount of race fans in Canada.
Yep! It seems nobody really wanted to bet on him. Na$car is a complicated game today compare to yesteryears when pure talent was pretty much all you needed to get the ride.
Today, with the corporate world being involved, it's waaaaay different.
I think the new generation of race car drivers in America, on top of learning their ABC of driving skills, they will have to learn how to sell themselves to potentials sponsors, like they do in Europe racing world.
Ah! We can like it or not, the whole world is changing. It's our choice to adapt ....or watch the parade go by.
