  • Thank you NSS

The way that all of us old guys where treated at the reunion was just first class
    THANK YOU
Now if we can make it better for 2010 LETS DO IT!!!
The venue was great. The young lady who came around and found us for the pit passes could not have been nicer. THEN the modified race was the BEST RACE I have seen in about 20 years.
Hope you do very well during the 2009 series.
    PS:
It was nice to HEAR the call of the race made it so much better.

It was a heck of a good day all around. I didn't see any problems or stress, just happy race fans enjoying the scene. Well done Mr. Binner!

I wish I could of been there this year. Unfortunately work kept me away.

I'm glad to see it was such a huge success once again.

Big thank you for a great day.

I truly would like to thank Jerry, Carol, Rex, George, and Robert Hart for a wonderful day. To see and hear these heros from the past was a thrill. I think you can get a CD from Vediobob, and hear the audio here on Karnac. You would be will advised to plan on the 3rd Mod Reunion now so you do not miss it next year. Oh yeah and a hell of a night of racing as a bonus. Way cool day. Again thanks to all who made it happen.

Who all did I get to meet and see Friday? Let's see...

          The infamous Ms Wicks...
          Jerry
          Freight Train Fenton
          George P
          Marty Little
          Boneman (Rex)
Most of the "legends": Gene Bergin, Bob Judkins, Bill Wimble, Ronnie Bouchard, Heveron, Cagle, Art Barry, Speedy Thomas, Bugsy, and many more that I can't keep count. Saw Jim Hendrickson (the x3 Vega) and Billy Spade (the 15 coach) walking around; not sure if they made it to the "discussion table". Got some GREAT autographs on my sketchbook from a lot of these guys. As soon as I get it scanned, I'll post a pic

Thanks again to Jerry and Carol for putting this thing together and to NSS for a FANTASTIC night of racing!

            Dittos.....

Virginia and I had a great time as everyone I saw and spoke to. As stated the girl with the pit passes for the cars going on the track was great and friendly. Putting my NAPA 15 Chevy on the track with all these Legend drivers was the best of all.
Great job to Jerry, Carol, Jack Smith, Rex(Boneman), and thanks to Mr Hart for allowing this to happen.
Only question I have is can we possibly have more laps next year as we had last year.
I survived the crashfest race at Citrus last night and even met with some MOD Reunion fans in the pits. Great start of our season.

RIP Jack Smith and Kim Brown. Many thanks for all you have done for our sport.
