What a waste of money last night. The track took rubber in time trials and got progressively worse. They were something like a second and a half slower last night than Tuesday night. One groove, no passing, black as asphalt...Schatz started on the pole and other than a couple of times when Saldana caught him in traffic. Nothing.

TMAC qualified second quick then failed to transfer from his heat race. Jason Meyers qualified 5 quick and failed to transfer. Even quick qualifier Chad Kemenah had to run the B. So, TMAC, Meyers and Haudenschild all had to run the B Main again. They better pick it up, the points chase starts tomorrow.

On a positive note, the pork chop sammich was good and the free towel & t-shirt were a bonus.

I will be there tonight - with high expectations from Tuesday night. I hope they turn the track and water it up big time. When that place gets rubbered up - it sucks plain and simple. I seem to remember the same thing happening on night two last year. Hopefully tonight will be better.

Bubba they handed out the towels as you came in. I opted for a sprint car trivia question on the t-shirt...The cube was generous with the free hot dogs last night.

The beer tent girl was bundled up last night like she was in Northern Alaska.
