No Strictly Stocks, Super Stocks, Mini Stocks or Sportsman. It would have been nice to see them race at least 1 or 2 nights.

I see Mike Good has reserved two slabs. Anyone know what's up with that?

Is this the return of Mr. Good and Mr. Fritts to NSS?

I agree. They race here every week, they help bring a crowd, they put on an excellent show, they should be given at least a small part of the spotlight.

I'm with y'all on that one...I probably won't go freeze in the NSS stands without a local class to get my blood moving.

No local classes and no heat races. Track is TRYING to get you out at a good hour and not trying to freeze you to death watching 4 or 6 car heat races.
                NOW that I said that.
How many cars are they going to allow in each feature?
If they do not Time trial are you using the draw or a points system to handicap the cars?
SINCE YOU HAVE only FEATURES I assume that all races will run the distance as advertised not a time limit with only 10 laps run.
I hope the wether allows for a good series.

This is the way it has been done in the past and will be done again...

All divisions will qualify this afternoon at 4:00pm to determine tonight's lineups...
After that, only Super Lates and Tour Mods qualify each day... All others will have the lineup based on previous night's finish with the winner drawing for inversion...

                  **Exceptions to this are...
                  A. when there is a 50 lap race, that division qualifies.
                  B. the TBARA cars run 8 lap heats (Sun & Mon).

As I said, this is the they have been doing it for sometime now, and it seems to work.

Years ago they use to let mini stocks and super stocks race one or two nights but I think the problem was where to park them at.

I know it gets pretty crowded but it was nice when the "little" guys got to race during speedweeks 1 or 2 nights. It was only a few years ago when they raced the super stocks, sportsman and minis, it worked just fine then.

                        Mark,
Will there be a redraw after qualifying to determine starting positions? I certainly hope so. Its always bad for the show to start straight up.

                        Looking forward to opening night!

Sorry I am with the track on this one, I have all year to come out and see the other classes. Keep the show as lean as possible and run the ones they are advertising. Getting qualifying done early is a great idea - inverting the top few cars would be good too. Actually putting Tim Russell/Choquette and maybe even Anderson to the back would be good too!
