  • New Smyrna Speedway 2009 Schedule

I have uploaded the 2009 New Smyrna Speedway Schedule. http://newsmyrnaspeedway.org/index.p...d=62&Itemid=87

Per the Meetings held in late 2008, we have made every attempt to give each division a few weeks off throughout the season as requested by the Drivers.

Also, please note that the following divisions will rotate each week between OSW & NSS, in the following groupings:

    a.)Super Late Models, Pro-Trucks, Mini-Stocks
    b.)Limited Late Models, Modifieds, Sportsman

Super Stocks and Strictly Stocks will run EVERY week at both OSW and NSS unless it is designated as an off week.

Also, 50 & 100 lap races will be added shortly and will be held on an already scheduled night for your class.

I will now begin uploading the 2009 Orlando Speedworld Schedule and I will post here when it is completed.

Mark, its gonna be features only, right? What about on the nights where there are only 4 classes? Are other events going to be added?

      YES... Features Only...

As for your other question... I can honestly say, with 100% certainty... I have no idea!

I know we are working on some 'different' forms of entertainment to mix in with the Racing throughout the season, but that's about all I can say about it at this point.

Hopefully NO, its a racetrack. Early nights are nice once in a while.

On another note, its nice to see that some of our ideas were actually put into play. However, on opening night it would have been nice to see all the classes race.

Other than the noted 50 & 100 lappers, I'm not sure...

After the World Series is over with and there's a little more time, I will try to get the details for you.
