I would never expect nor accept being let in for free! Y'all gotta pay the bills. I'm trying to get my car ready for the first practice this year so maybe we could meet then..Is that the same night as fan appreciation? I did spectate twice this year and both times their were about 5 sportsman. In fact that may have been one of the bigger classes excluding those aggravatin' hornets and motorcycle cars!! Thanks, John Mitchell

You nailed it Ron, I remember when the most expensive class (LM) cost $8000.............the whole car not just peices.

When i got into racing i drove 4 cyl bombers and hobbystocks and never had more than $1500 in the whole car.

Then i started building cars, building motors, buying racing tires and POOF!

My racing days are pretty much over at least until i get another one of my kids raised up and out of the house...or all of them.

          1 down
          2 to go

BTW i too miss the large field of cars that was the SSS.
