FASCAR banquet

I had big fun at the FASCAR banquet tonight. It was well attended to say the least: 400, maybe 500 showed up at the Radisson in Port Canaveral. By my count, they gave away around 250 trophys...that is a lot of hardware!

Rusty came back from Monroe to be the M.C. He is an interesting guy: you can tell that he has a very real attachment to these tracks. Its the kind of devotion that money can't buy.

Overall, most everyone behaved. There were a couple rowdy tables, but hey, we were there to have a good time and I believe everyone did. The darn batteries died in my camera or we would have had some funny photos.

Well I missed another great event... I had no choice to miss it due to work... Honestly I am happy to have the work, but I would have loved to have gone... Darn it all, it would have been great to say Hello to Rusty and everyone else...
