  • Southern Sportsman and others

As I understand things there will be no series next year. I would like to thank ALL of you who raced with us and supported us throughout the 2008 season. Since our affiliation with Fascar has gone away with the Tours, I will be heading into a new direction. Thanks again to all of the SSS, Goodyear Challenge,FMSC and the other tours that we were fortunate to work with. Good luck to all the drivers and crews wherever racing takes you. Hope to see all of you in the future. Have a great Christmas and Happy New Year.

Just so I get this straight,
Fascar ? buys the Southern Sportsman Series?
runs it for what, 1 or 2 seasons and closes the doors.

Thats great!!! Nice freaking job guys.

Actually the series was purchased and owned by Don and Sandy Nerone. It was sanctioned by Fascar.
