well if they were trying to hide them that is insane, this guy doesn't let fractions of an inch and fractions of % weight slide. how the hell did they think they would get that through? that was the part that was so unbeleivable to me, it is a blatant type of thing. but if they were checked for earlier and then they put them on later - they got what they deserved.
