Saw somewhere that Ray Evernham has purchased East Lincoln Speedway in Stanley, NC. Its a 3/8ths mile dirt track. He said he wanted to preserve a track where future stars learn their skills. It said the track originally opened in 1990...I've seen pictures and it has some beautiful red clay and decent banking. All the best to Ray and saving East Lincoln.
