What was the best race you attended this year? Mine would be the UDLMCS race at Eastbay Sept.27th. Those last five laps were some of the best I have ever seen. What was yours?

I agree Rick, That was the best I,v seen in a long time. Our last race at East Bay was good too, when shan came up thru the field to take 4th. An awsome show. Bob......

From a mother's point of view, my best race this year was when Alex won his first heat race. For me, that was the best however I am his mother and alittle partial when it comes to Alex. I would like to thank Pedie Allison for giving Alex the chance to race this year by paying his insurance and Doug Webb for helping us out with cars also. You guys mean alot to Alex and you both saw how much he wanted to race and helped him. Hopefully he will be racing his last race this Friday night at SpeedWorld in the Strictly Stock race. Hope he has made both of your proud this year because I know he made me proud.

To my great surprise, my most memorable race was the final one at USA. David Rogers, my sentimental favorite, came from behind and took a big win after an unusually competitive race. I had not been to enthusiastic about most of the races at USA. Too bad the last one was the best.

Jane, I remember Alex winning his heat race, and I congratulated him afterwards. You know the old expression "grinning from ear to ear"? Whoever made that up must have been looking at your son! He was as happy as could be.
