Good luck to our Florida drivers, particularly the ones that skipped the Governors Cup, because I know that to quote the promoter "while some people might resort to "buying" drivers away from other races, we would not."

So I hope one of our regulars gets that bonus money being posted for Florida drivers, because according to the CRA, "there will be a bonus package for the top finishing CRA Super Series competitors, the PASS Super Late Model Touring Series competitors, the Florida late model competitors..."

Whoops.

Call it what you like, but when you schedule a big money race the same weekend as the Governors Cup and post bonus money for Florida drivers, you are in essence trying to lure away drivers. Okay, I can understand giving out bonus money to your own CRA drivers, maybe even PASS, those are both a formal touring series, but then you just throw in our entire state?

You are right...it certainly does look like that was the intent...but it was NOT to encourage Gov. Cup drivers to come. It was there for Pensacola area racers to come. Unfortunately for us, they had an open practice yesterday that we were not aware of. Regardless of how it looks, that is what it was actually for.

If you only would have taken Robert Yoho and given us back Fain Skinner you could have avoided all of this.

Mr Yoho kinda' took himself out early last night at NSS. Made for some good racing after that.
