RIP Broc (rjb2)

I got an email tonight from Broc's (rjb2) wife Pat that he passed away unexpectedly Fri night.

May you forever rest in peace my friend, I'll miss our talks about racing, and the fun we would have at the tracks.

Wow, that's a shock. We had planned to meet at least a few times, and something would always come up. He seemed like such a good guy, not to mention a very dedicated racing fan who traveled thousands of miles every year to chase his favorite sport.

Although we never met, I feel like I lost a friend that I somehow never managed to actually meet.

Best Wishes to his family and friends. Although he's no longer with us, he'll still be at the races every single Saturday night!

His family is in my prayers. I am so sorry to hear of your lost.

That was a shock. He just posted on the board asking for a pre-entry list for the Governor's Cup. My heart and my prayers are with his family, I am just so sorry. I guess it proves that none of us know when our time is up and we need to do what we love now.
