By the way , if anyone is interested in this Putnam story , the official web site is www.putnamcountyspeedway.webs.com . They have posted some photos of the track the way itwas a few years ago when i last raced there . It was a beautifull track . Hope they can bring it back .

Yeah we are going to try and help do alittle clean up this sunday around 9am.. I have a few things on my list I would like to get done, but it's gonna take a few times going out and see how many people show up... What ever we can do to help out and keep the track alive for the Drivers and Fans. Painting, Fix Playgrounds for kids, pressure cleaning, Fix up Victory Lane and I'm sure we ca find a few more when we get out there...

That was an awesome day out there.. I wish I had gotten a list of all the people that were out there today.. I was really supprised on the amount of people that came out(25-30 people).. The Infeild is really looking good & Vicyory Lane is looking good too.. The restrooms are looking alot better with all the work that went into them(Painting, New Hinges, New counters for the sinks,Faucets, Ect..).. It really shows the support of some of the drivers and others that care about there home track.

Putnam County is turning into a pretty good story . Its good to see that the locals are so passionate about their race track . This is a good example of how important the fan and racer support is for a track .

OK. We are going to have the CHRISTMAS $10.00 Salute to the Fans. 1-22-08. We will give away a couple of bike to the kids. Candy and goodies for everyone. I hope this works.
