Congratulations Bill Ryan on your second consecutive PS Championship at Citrus County Speedway!!! You beat the odds man!!! We are all so proud of you. Tonight's race was incredible....you started 24th, went to the rear with interference from Tommy Smith and his cronies TWICE, but persevered and came back to clench the championship! You did an incredible job man, you never gave up! You had some seriously hateful competition gunning for you. Just goes to show you, do the right thing, and the "right thing" will happen to you! Why Tommy Smith wasn't thrown off the track after being black flagged in the heat race for taking you out remains a mystery! Especially after he shot the bird very blatenly,and boldly to the fans and flagman after that black flag was thrown. This is a person that's been banned for life from racing at CCS twice.. Go figure! I think there's much more to that story...
