  • Talladega bound? Gas in Georgia

    I drove up to Atlanta today enroute to Talladega. I filled up in Macon (approx 230 miles from track) with no problem. I'm staying on the beltway,I- 485 and passed plenty of stations without any gas lines.

    Maybe there weren't no lines 'cause there was no gas
    ------just a thought-------

    However the news is reporting that the gas is flowing again in that area.

      I'm not that stupid, there were people pumping gas at all of the stations I passed in the area near my hotel. (NW towards Marietta}

        Gas situation is finally good! Around 30% of stations do not have gas, but there are very few lines and supply is not expected to run out this weekend.
